Welcome Back!

Hello Razorbacks!

I am so excited to welcome you to Walhalla High School and am looking forward to a fantastic 2026-27 school year. High school is what you make of it and I hope you all choose to make the best of your time here at WHS. Play a sport, contribute to one of our outstanding fine arts programs, become involved in one of the largest FFA chapters in the state, participate in SGA or SIC, or join our distinguished JROTC program. The possibilities are endless!

I encourage all of you to START STRONG and have a great first semester.

Where Do We Drop Off and Pick Up Students?

Watch the video below for information on dropping off and picking up students. PLEASE DO NOT drop students off or pick them up in the main parking lot or in the student parking lot.

Attendance Matters!

Attendance laws and seat time requirements are set by the state South Carolina and the School District of Oconee County.

Only 5 absences OF ANY KIND are allowed in a semester course. Even excused absences are considered time out of class and that time must be made up accordingly. At WHS, we offer morning make-up and afternoon sessions, not as a punishment, but as an OPPORTUNITY to earn back the seat time missed and to ensure you will be awarded credit for your classes.
